ATS9428: +/- 200mV Input Range Upgrade
For applications that require capture of small signals, this upgrade permanently changes the ATS9428 analog input range to ±200 mV. The standard ATS9428 analog input range is fixed at ±1.25 V. This upgrade must be done at the factory and must be ordered at the time of placing the ATS9428 order.
Note: the analog input bandwidth is limited to 100 MHz with this upgrade.
