ATS9416: +/- 500 mV input range upgrade

For applications that require capture of small signals, this upgrade permanently changes the ATS9416 analog input range to ±500 mV. The standard ATS9416 analog input range is fixed at ±1 V. This upgrade must be done at the factory and must be ordered at the time of placing the ATS9416 order.
