ATS9352: On-FPGA FFT
ATS9352 On-FPGA FFT option provides the ability to do real-time FFT signal processing using the ATS9352 on-board FPGA. Note that only one input can be processed.
Up to 2048-point FFT length is supported. A user programmable complex windowing function can be applied to the acquired data before FFT calculation.
The complex FFT output is converted to magnitude in single precision floating-point format. A logarithmic output is also available. Output formats are:
- 10 * Log of amplitude2
- Square Root of amplitude2
These outputs provide more than sufficient image resolution in typical OCT applications.
If other outputs, such as phase or multiple channel FFT, are required, ATS-GPU-OCT or ATS-GPU-NUFFT can be used.
